Revised MfN Regulations as of January 1, 2026
The revised MfN regulations came into effect on January 1, 2026. Below is an overview of the key information, including references to the updated documents.
What has changed?
As of January 1, 2026, amendments have been made to the following documents:
- Model mediation agreement;
- Explanatory Notes to the Model Mediation Agreement (new);
- MfN Mediation rules*;
- Code of conduct;
- Model NDA;
- Model mediation clause;
- Statute for the internal mediator and the explanatory notes thereto;
- Model privacy statement;
- Best practices.
*Before 1 January 2026, there was a separate explanatory document accompanying the MfN Mediation Rules. This explanatory text has now been incorporated into the Rules themselves, making the separate document obsolete.
