Suzan is an MfN-registered mediator and specializes in labor and collaboration disputes in a broad sense. Before joining ReulingSchutte, she was an employment law attorney for over 15 years, both at a large full-service law firm and a niche labor law firm. In that capacity, she has also been seconded several times, including to a large international company and a government organization.
Parties appreciate Suzan for her involvement and her empathetic and pragmatic approach. Due to her extensive experience with labor law in the broadest sense, she has an overview of the field and can quickly get to the core of issues, from where she guides parties towards a sustainable solution. Suzan is a member of the Association of Labor Mediators (VAN) and the Dutch Association of Mediation Attorneys (NVVMA).
