Some professionals at ReulingSchutte are experienced external confidential advisers for unwanted behavior.
An external confidential adviser serves as the contact point for employees who are dealing with unwanted behavior, such as aggression, violence, bullying, discrimination, unwanted advances, or sexual harassment, and who wish to talk to someone who is independent and objective. These employees can safely confide in the confidential adviser, who can provide them with information and guidance on any follow-up steps. Additionally, the confidential adviser provides education and information on preventing and/or addressing unwanted behaviors within the organization. Finally, the confidential adviser advises the board and management on policies.
