In her career, Eliane Dosker assisted in conflicts on various sides: she worked as an attorney at an international law firm, after which she became a corporate lawyer and head of legal affairs of a large company before serving many years as a judge at the Amsterdam District Court, including in the commercial section. Eliane has gained broad knowledge of and experience with corporate and business law issues, and conflicts within governments and between citizens.
Eliane has now been specialised in business mediation, labourmediation and guidance in cooperation issues for quite some time. As a mediator, her diverse background enables her to perform a variety of jobs. She mediates in all kinds of disputes, including cooperation issues and employment, within a wide variety of industries in business and business services, hospital and first-line care, education, international NGOs, etc. Moreover, Eliane is experienced in facilitating group and team mediation.
Characteristic of her approach is the combination of a warm, connecting personality and firmness as a process facilitator.
In addition to her work as a mediator, Eliane Dosker provides professional skills training. She is a trainer-teacher in the Professional Training for the Legal Profession and also provides mediation training. Eliane is socially committed and held various additional positions.
