Eva Knipschild is a business mediator at ReulingSchutte. Eva full time mediates in business related disputes. Her focus areas in mediation include all forms of cooperations and contract conflicts, as well as employment and co-governance. Eva further often leads group mediations and conflicts between shareholders. Eva mediates both in the Dutch and English language. Eva is a MfN registered mediator since 2010.
Previously Eva has been a lawyer for over twenty years. The last 10 years she was a partner in the employment and co-governance team of one of the big law firms in Amsterdam/ Eindhoven. She also formed part of the board of the firm. Before her move to ReulingSchutte Eva has been a deputy judge in the court of Amsterdam.
Besides being a mediator, Eva also conducts confidential investigations into culture or a specific person. Eva holds the SVBP diploma for private investigators. Additionally, she is an LVV-registered confidential counseler.
Eva is the chair of the board of the Platform Business Mediation and speaks and publishes regularly on business mediation in The Netherlands and abroad. In June 2022 the book Mediation in Employment cases was published of which she is one of the authors.
