Linda Nekeman-IJdema is affiliated with ReulingSchutte as an MfN-registered mediator. She facilitates mediations in collaborative contexts, including employment disputes.
Before joining ReulingSchutte, Linda worked for twenty years in legal practice and at a major financial institution in various legal roles, specifically in the areas of employment law, remuneration policy in the financial sector, and HR-related corporate governance.
Linda has extensive experience in resolving complex partnership disputes, both in the Netherlands and internationally. Thanks to her background in both legal practice and the corporate world, she is familiar with the dynamics and interests involved in organizational conflicts, from the workfloor to board and supervisory levels.
In addition to her mediation practice, Linda has been a board member of the Legal Women Foundation since 2017 and serves as a supervisory board member at Groep Maatschappelijke Kinderopvang in Amsterdam. She is also Vice-Chair of the Advisory Board of the Global Employment Institute (part of the International Bar Association). Furthermore, she regularly speaks and publishes, including on topics such as equal pay and equal treatment. She was also a long-standing member of a bipartite arbitration and advisory committee.
