Mart is affiliated with ReulingSchutte as an MfN-registered mediator. She specializes broadly in employment and collaboration mediations. Before joining ReulingSchutte, Mart worked as a lawyer in Amsterdam, first at a large full-service law firm and later at a litigation niche firm. In that role, she gained extensive experience in commercial disputes, insurance disputes, and shareholder disputes. She also developed expertise in employment law. Clients value Mart for her ability to connect, her dedication, and her empathetic approach. Mart has completed several programs at the Program on Negotiation (PON) at Harvard Law School in Boston. She works in both Dutch and English.
