Mediators Eva Schutte, Mart van den Berg and Jacqueline Spierdijk have created a completely revised 6th edition of the book ‘Juridische aspecten van mediation’, (Legal aspects of mediation) courtesy of Lefebvre Sdu. They presented the first copy to Judith Simon-Emaus of MfN-register in Boekhandel Scheltema in Amsterdam.
Jochem Jordaan from De Kiesmannen hosted three interviews based on various teams. Eva Knipschild and Judith Simon-Emaus discussed the development of the profession and the professional group. Jacques de Waart and Mart van den Berg spoke about young mediators, education and innovation. Finally, the autors shared insights into the origin of this publication and process of updating the sixth revised edition.
